01 f250/350 should have been a hi pinion, ball joint, unit bearing axle, either a dana 60 or a dana 50. if its 50$ its most likely a dana 50. a hi pin d60 center section is worth more than 50$. measure the ring gear.

isnt a dana 61 a older dodge diesel rear end, and older 3/4 ton ford van rear end?? but i could be wrong?
