Default Dodge 2500 V-10. How to get seafoam into engine?

So, how do I seafoam this bitch? Can't seem to pour the seafoam in with the throttle body on the side, and I have never been to good at vacuum lines. I know that for best results, the engine needs to be running.

Thanks for the help all

for my ranger i just take the vacuum line off the brake booster and have the engine running, let the vacuum line suck up all the seafoam, turn off the engine, let it sit for 15 minutes, then start it and drive it until theres no more smoke out of the exhaust
hope this helps
