Well, shoulder is better, but build is slow. Got a pile of parts in back room, got the truss and rear perches. Still need to focus on doubler install (cut floor/mock up and crossmember)

here is a pic of the front truss, most likely have to move the spring coil buckets back to push axle forward - wish I would have left those off when ordering

I did get some tires to go on the H2's.......... Went a little crazy, do not what to do this 10 times so I might as well go big.........
Shipped from Northern California

Good meat on them!!!!

So there will be some major body mods in order!!!!

I have a long road ahead of me

Thanks Nitzpixs for the huge help with the centers and mounting!!!

At least you realized this before installing. I am taking mine back out to cut them off and move them back. I ended up doing the same thing and moved the axle forward 2".

What size are those tires?

Getting 42's to fit will be a challenge, but it will be sweet when you are done. Congrats.
Let me know how I can help.

Since I have not had much progress on my real Jeep,
I am building this for my 4yr old daughter, she might as well have a jeep too!!!!!
Got a couple donors

Built a cage for it prior to tear down......

Daughter helping clean it up!!!

Time to tear down

and clean up.....

Scored 4 rear gator tires

Here is it mocked up, minus lift kit

Been working on paint for the last couple weeks, what a project, here is how it sits today

Still need to decide if cage will be pink???

Next I need to work on wiring and making axles long enough to work with the larger wheels, one front axle shaft is welded up but need to cut to length.

Here is my current purchased parts list:
1) 2 12V 12AH batteries to go in series 24v output
2) Scooter controller CT-30259 24V 30 AMPS
3) 24V charger to work with controller
4) 30amp circuit breaker
5) 2 half effect throttle/brake pedals
6) 2 12 V PC fans
7) 6 12V relays
8) stock motors
9) stock 2 position PW switch
10) 4 small terminal strips
11) key ignition

Would like to set up 12V assy terminal strip to run fans and other lights.

at least I am doing something for my kids!!!!!

Cage needs more triangulation, that's gonna fold right up in a critical rollover.

Looks good

Not sure on what I am going to add for traction?? thought about rubberized coating??

Here are the latest on the barbie Jeep, oh I do plan on getting back to my Jeep sometime!!!!

Got the controller and PC fans wired,

got the charger port set up on ,

then worked on the throttle and brake setup,

Got the wheels and tires on and it is running!!!!!!

Mylie is still a little timid on it, need to trim fenders and repaint, also have to do some research on getting the front beefed up, tires tend to lean in at the top....
Still need to glue the gage, paint it, then remount it!!!!
