Default Baja RS Suspension Seats

Anyone have these? I'm in the market for suspension seats and saw these. They are half the price of mastercrafts, so I was wondering how good they are.

Which manufacturer are you referring too? I think a couple different companies make a "Baja RS" seat, including Mastercraft. We have the Mastercrafts in our TJ. Other then they are a pain to get into, they are super nice seat...better be for the money! The internal metal seat frame that forms the two sides are fairly high in relation to the center seat cushion. You kinda have to hop over it when getting in. Being in a TJ with 7" of lift and 37s doesn't help matters. Big difference on hard hits, saves your back after several straight hours of hard wheeling. They are very breatheable too, better then the factory seats, which is nice for wheeling in the summer. We ended up making our own mounting brackets because the ones they sent didn't position the seats correctly side to side. They were too close to the doors.

Yes, I was looking into the Corbeau seats. I have the Moab seats now, but also have a bad back. I was just wondering if one is better than the other? Some trips I'm in the jeep for 8hrs, so what would be the best seat(for the price)?

I picked up the wide version of the Corbeau RS last winter for my TJ and love them. It's nice to have and adjustable back because eveyone has different comforts. Definitely worth the money. I paid about $1000 CDN to my door for 2 seats, brackets and 5 point belts from Northridge4x4.

If you weren't so far away you could come and try one out. We've got the Moab, Baja SS, Baja RS, and LG-1 seats in the showroom.

The RS is the recliner version of the SS and has slightly less bolstering, but still cradles you pretty well.
