Default how do i post a pic

New guy here trying to post a pic. I finally have it saved in the photo gallery just can't seem to figure out how to put it in a post. Sorry not much of a computer guy.

i down load all my pics on photo bucket and then copy and paste them to the thread that i want to post them on. i had to have a friend come over and show me how, i suck at computers too. but if i can learn it any body can, sorry i cant get into detail how to do it, i would just confuse you, sombody on here can help

I've got more pics but forgot how i just posted that one. Its an 87 burb with 12 inch all spring lift, 3" body. sitting on 44 boggers and a cummins under the hood with a 5 speed.
