Exclamation blown seal?

ive got an 8.8 rear axle with drums, and ive got a bunch of fluid all over the inside of my rear passenger tire. its coming out of the drum. could this be a blown seal? how hard to replace?

It could be a seal, it could also be a wheel cylinder leaking.

Can you tell if it's gear oil or brake fluid?
