Unhappy Resetting digital compass on a 04 superduty

I haz manual, but I can not get the mf'ing compass to reset and work!!!!!!

This simple feature that doesn't work is really annoying.

Help me.

Press the compass button for 3 seconds until you see a number between 1 and 15 (should be 9). If it is not 9, press the button until it is 9. Let it "reset" (so it shows the direction again).

Press the button for about 6 seconds until "C" is displayed. Slowly drive in at least 3 circles until the compass displays the direction again (about 45 seconds).

If the region is not set correctly (first step above), then the compass will not display correctly because it will think you're in a different part of the country.

it doesn't matter anyway, Asian's can't drive for shit with or without a compass.
