2000 XJ Lifted *New Pics*
Losing interest in my jeep, looking for a nice 4x4 ranger or f series truck.
2000 Jeep Cherokee 4x4, I-6, AW4, Np231
4.0 I-6 Motor, I swapped it in has around 100,000 miles on it, I have put a little over 22,000 miles on it now and have changed the oil exactly at 3000 or less with castrol gtx everytime, I have the tags for it showing mileage.
The head was cleaned, checked for cracks, machined, and new valve seals in it with a valve job, I have paperwork for all of that. The rest of the motor was stripped down and has all new felpro gaskets in it, and all of the 2000 stuff swapped to it. When I got the motor I didn't want to screw around putting new stuff on when crap wore out so I bought a new alternator, powersteering pump and water pump. The motor is really clean and painted chrysler red.
Here are the parts I threw at it
New Optima Red Top
Brown Dog Offroad Heavy Duty Motor Mounts
JCR inner steering spacer
Aux. Fan on a relay and switch to replace old one
JCR LED Tail lights and boxes
JCR rear lower quarter panel gaurds
Front Bumper I built with unibody tie in plates that go a ways back
Rear bumper with tie in plates (tie ins not installed yet.)
New balljoints and tie rod ends
Iron Rock Offroad h.d. tie rod
Smoke turn signals in the front
New exhaust from crossover back with thrush muffler, no cat
Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 31x10.5r15...at least 70 percent tread on them
Rims are new as of last summer
Here is the suspension
3" h.d rustys coils in the front, with 1.25 poly spacer
Iron Rock Offroad double shear trackbar with h.d bracket
Bilstein 5100 shocks
Rough Country adjustable lower control arms
Rough Country 2" shackle
All of these parts were added this summer, there are tons of other little parts I forgot here and there. here is a link to my build
Known problems are: I removed the a/c stuff. The drivers side door lock will not move, , I didn't hook the horn back up and the drivers door will only power lock the jeep while the passenger side will only unlock it.
It could use a tcase drop or sye. Other than that the jeep is very solid, no rust on the floors, I daily drive it everyday about 70 miles.
I am looking for a 4x4 pickup.
I am interested in a trade for a ranger or a ford f series truck must be 4x4, mainly looking for something that is single cab and clean or a nice older chevy truck, No hurry to sell so dont bother to low ball! $3600 cash.

Nothing has been done to the trans besides new hose trans cooler connections and trans mount. It shifts fine and has never acted up on me.
Thats a nice truck slo pok but I'm not a chevy/gmc guy, thank-you though!
