Default 1990 f250 351w idles rough

some people have told me that it could be the egr valve or the fuel pressure regulator problem is dont know where them are so if anyone does or have any other ideas what could cause it i would appreciated the advice

i have a 90 f-50 with a windsor does the same thing i just ignore it but thats usually the problem it sounds like its got a cam at idle but if you get an egr blockoff plate and fill the egr hole with epoxy or weld in the intake and put on the plate it will fix your problem

nice try but ya when i come to a stop light it gets bad it gos to like 200 rpms then back to around 800
