Default who can build a tube bumper for a 1999 chevy?

i have a 1999 chevy that i crashed a few weeks back and am in the process of fixing.. i had a bolt on prerunner style front push bar that i got a lot of compliments on and would like to get another on but i cant really find exactly what i had so i though while i am fixing it i should upgrade at the same time.

the original set up was stock bumper and prerunner push bar:

than it looked like this:

and now i would like to replace is with a custom bent tube bumper similar to this:

so i guess no real tech needed here i just want to know who has the ability to build me someting similar to this and that is LOCAL to me.

also i would like to get some opinions on how my truck would look with this modification?

Firehawk has a bender for sale...you should buy it to do your bumper then let me use it after.

Can Goosey do it in Sebewaing?

goosey doesnt seem to have a tube bender the way he made it sound when i was talking to him about fabbing a roll cage for my YJ. otherwise that would have been the first place i went.

heres a picture of what i am really looking to have made. its just a rough sketch (not exact scale) but it gives you a little better idea what i want.

i would like all the lines in red to be 1.5" OD, the main bar in yellow to be 1.75" or 2" OD and the bars in blue to be 1" or 1.25" OD. also id like them all be be around 1/8" thick.

the green circles are where i want light tabs and the orange boxes are where i plan to put my skidplates

what i really need is the bars bent and welded, light tabs, and the mounts to tie into the frame.

i will fab up the skid plates and paint it to match my truck.

i dont have a problem dropping the truck off without a bumper on it for a few days so you have time to mock it up and get it right. i would just like an estimate on the cost and a timeframe on when you would be able to get it in and how long it would take you.
