Default Driver Drop Chevy Axle?

My brother in law insists that his mom had a 1990 Suburban with a solid front axle with a drivers side differential. Where they like this from the factory, was he seeing things or was it something custom?

I think he was seeing things but he says no way.

The Suburban had a solid front axle through 1991, but it would have been a passenger side drop.

1992 went IFS.

That is what I thought but he insists that some of them came as a driver drop.

tell your brother inlaw to put the crack pipe down it is making him see things....

the only thing as big as a suburban that year with a drivers drop would have been a centurion conversion bronco.
