LOL, we'll I hope your wife is a little better looking then me so that would equal a better time

I'm very in shape for a fat guy. When I cross the line I'm surrounded by a bunch of skinny minnie . . . I hope to get down to 195ish and bust that 21min mark that I'm shooting for.

Get out there with her . . I'm sure she loves you but I'm sure she'd love "less of you" even more

Thats a pretty good time regardless of how skinny someone is or isn't

even less of me? have you seen me, i'm 6'2" and only 155lb to begin with. any less and im gone.

I use to run, swim, and bike. I was good too. My best was 18:57 in the 5k. Slow for top shelf athletes, but still a good time.

I did my first 5k for charity this weekend I finished in 22.10 which was alright since I hate running. Finished first in my age group which surprised me, except I lost to a bunch of guys in the 40-50 age group. Not too bad for a first timer.

18:57 is pretty dam good. I ran 18:33 in high school CC and I was a sprinter on the track team.
I'm trying to get back around the 22:00 mark, I didn't run much through the summer, It was to dam hot!

I'm going to a half marathon at Disney the first week of January.

I plan on having a beer as my kid finishes. Epcot "drink around the world" ftw. Not cheap, but some good beers - except Morocco. It was swill. But I maintained training discipline and finished anyway.

Anyone use one of those Garmin Forerunner GPS watches?

I'm thinking of getting one to track my outdoor work outs. I did put it on my X-mas list.
