Add a tube with almost the exact line as the inside to sandwich the sheetmetal and I think your fenders will last for a long time

What about running a tube on the exposed bar and doing like a short flat fender? That way I could still get my fender on and off....it starting to get a little tricky now

If you cut a little slot where you tie in by the door, wouldn't it come out still? With a tube on the outside, I don't think your fender would get messed up enough to have to take it back off anyway.

I have to slide it in to get it around the front tube now, I'd have to cut the back off to get it around another tube in the back.

I'd weld the tube on and worry about the fender later. Without it, you're going to need a lot of fenders and paint to keep it pretty

Thanks bud!

Installed new led tail lights, added a peice of sheet metal on my tube fender, and got some vented sheetmetal to add to my hood to help keep it cool. Also, need to go see if I can't find some more tube at central iron sometime so I can finish my cage work.

Decided the front was done for now as far as tube work goes. Welded in my filler pieces, and got it all painted. Working on fitting the fenders but I am thinking they will be temporary seeing I don't like the look much.

Added a third brake light, couple led rounds I had laying around and I used the factory plug and wiring
