What about bending a tube to match the radius of your fender but tuck the tube behind it and tie it into your slider?

Though of that, just no good way to roll the tube. I was thinking of running tube thru the fender, coming out above the marker light, then bend it to the stinger. That way it would support the fender from crushing and give me some protection for my lights. Thoughts?

That would work good. Maybe bring it out follow the top of the light and bring it down slightly following the angle of the grill so the tube hits mid way up on the stinger?

Yeah, I kinda like that idea. That's next on the to-do list, well that and rear mount a radiator. What should I use for coolant piping? Thinking exhaust pipe.

Exhaust pipe would work. I wheeled with a guy that had a bronco buggy at Bundy Hill, he had his rear mounted radiator ran with it.

Whatever you decide to use make sure you flare the ends of the pipe so the places you still need rubber hose dont blow off
