Pretty much. Just need to make a shifter linkage for my t case, bleed my brakes, mount some tail lights, and build a skid plate

Drove the truck around today, tranny works fine.

Started working on the bed more too, mounted some lights, bent some tube, started to add sorta a rear stinger to help fill out the back. But then I stopped, not sure I like it at all. Looks funny to me, but it is starting to grow on me. Input?

Make it a spare tire mount? Then it would look good

Btw, freeze plugs work well as tube caps.

I had a tire stood up in there and I was kinda building around it. That is the reason for the stinger.

I'd connect the 2 sides and lose the stinger but that's just me.

I was gonna connect the stinger to the top of the bed rails with some bent tube BTW, but I stopped for input before that point.

I say just tie the top portion of the stinger into the bedsides and run it........never know when that front suspension is gonna unload on a climb and you are left wishing you had that stinger on the rear in the couple seconds you have to ponder with the nose vertical LOL

I kinda am thinking the same thing. I am gonna do something like maybe an inverted stinger, basically support the sides to the frame and leave an opening so I can still fit a tire in there.

I honestly dont really like how any of it looks lol. It won't be long anyway and I will be cutting it all off to back half it.

I am not gonna lie, the whole bed sides, tube, tailights, stinger, do no nothing for me. The cut on the 1/4s don't seem to fit when I look at it. And the shot from the rear makes me think your trying to build a giant heart shape.

The front 1/4's? If so, I don't like em either and I am gonna do something different with new fenders.

The rear, it was a one of those things that looked good in my head, but didn't turn out like I wanted, but I did it and I'm gonna roll with it for now. Honestly. I'm just gonna beat it up anyway and I'm gonna end up with all tube anyway lol.

I think it might look ok if you were to lay a spare tire in there like the prerunner trucks do. Do you have one that you could lay in there just to see what it looks like?
