Yeah, its bolted onto the face of the rim to help protect it only. No type of beadlock benefit.

Fuel cell in.

I made a sub frame to hold the cell on my frame, then I skinned it with some 1/8" flat sheet to act as a skid.



Then I used some foam tape to protect the cell from rubbing


Then I mounted the cell with a couple straps I made with foam under them to guard from rubbing


After that I started on my rear driveshaft. I also found out the 96 f350 master cylinder is a direct swap minus push rod adjustments. I installed my air shocks after charging them so the front is done.
