I've been running 1310 on the front with no issues since getting the right style tcase yoke.

I would get the trail repair yoke kit from jbg vs just the yoke on the front. Couple $ more and get quite a bit more.
What yoke did you buy, I will be running the same set up as you and need the extra flex

Whats the difference? Looks like mine is a non CV by the picture, but I don't know what I am looking for.

With the way you drive i would run a 1350 in the rear thats what i have and am very happy with it, its a tom woods 1350 cv style never had a prob so far.
For the front im running 1330's i havent had a problem so far with them but with the 44 i would always break axle u-joints/shafts first so i dpnt know what will break first since im running a 60 front now plus the yoke on the 205 is ground way the hell out to allow clerance for drop travel.

Your running a c6/205 correct?

Motor mounts made, engine sitting in its place, soon to be for good

Sitting nice and low. I used the factory 4.0 mounts and made some adaptor plates.

Now to get a radiator that fits or make what I have work.

One thing I was happy about doing my swap on my B2 was I was able to ditch the big ass a/c heater box and picked up a non-a/c box off an old Ranger. Made a huge difference in extra room on that side.

Did your generation Ranger ever come non-a/c so you can do the same?

94 4.0 Explorer H.D. from Autozone. A electric fan off a Contour or newer Escort fits like it was made for it. Keeps my 5.0 under 190º no problem.

Ok, cool, that is what I am gonna try next. I heard those contour fans work well and are thin. Dual fan right? What years and motors do they come on?

Mine is a large single. I cant remember if mine came off a Contour or Escort cuz I pulled two fans that day at the JY and one didnt spin very easy so I left that one behind. But they were both just about the same. They are very thin and are wired for dual speeds.

You can find them cheaper than that yet, that's just one where it had a picture and model year

Yes! That is the view I always hoped someone had!

Let the big dog eat.....lol

I cringe at the sounds my truck makes and still can't believe it stayed together to take more abuse, maybe worse than that.
