Gonna get out there sometime today and finish up my front axle install then start putting it back together. Looks like I am gonna have to buy new front hub studs, the drw hubs have a smaller dia hole for the studs to press into so with my new hubs the holes are too big for my old studs. Sweet

Another update, got the 60 in, just waiting on finish welding the track bar mount till after I set the motor in , which I started on that today too.

Here it is setting on the bumps( they need work too)

I picked up new studs today, got new lugnuts for the front, ordered my shifter, ordered my remote oil filter kit and got started cleaning up the rest of my 60 parts so I can put it back together.

Got my oil filter relocator kit today, but it isn't the right one......damn

Then I realized I need to find some manifolds to put on my 5.0 if I want to have exhaust. Anybody have a set of cast manifolds layin around?

I set the motor down on the frame, but need to remove the headers and modify the heater box before I can bolt it in.


Ready to get moving on this thing.
