lol

I need to pick up a new liner for my welder too, it's F'n up on me. I guess 12lbs of wire thru it is about the limit for one liner.

IDK, what size wire you running? it will jam up in the liner up by the handle then bunch up on the feeder. I can pull the wire out, just binds up enough to piss me off. It did the same thing last time it got humid out.

I run 10 lb spools. I bet I have run well over 100lbs through mine before I replaced mine. And when I did it was because it would bind in certain positions of the handle.

well I don't know what my problem is.....maybe I shoulda bought a Lincon haha

I will get a new liner and if that don't fix it, don't know, but I will need a new liner eventually. It seems like it binds at the handle, maybe I am just hard on things?

You might have you drive rolls to tight. If they are it can cause it to bind up also. Pull your gun apart and see if your liner is too short for your whip.

Got the welder all fixed up, replaced the liner, think the other one is fine too, put a larger, .035 tip on it and adjusted the wire feed pressure down and now it works great, thanks guys.

Pictures from today

Gonna try and get the tires tomorrow.
