Looks like my time was worth $221 - the $80 for my cables.

Still undecided on a shifter, gotta get one soon though

Picture of my fan mounted on the shroud

T case installed, new driveshafts made, front got 10" longer, rear got 8" shorter. I use 1" of slip on both shafts with full travel. Also, no bind. Only thing I have to do is modify my exhaust to clear the last 1.5 " of my uptravel.... Or just let it self clearance

I'm happy, progress!

Any better pictures on what you did for the shroud?

No, not right now. Basically it is a 3/4" deep box that covers the whole thing. On the top there is a lip folded over that hooks on the top lip of the radiator then hangs from it. Then a flange on the bottom that bolts thru the bottom lip of the radiator.

Well..did u get all your welding done last night. Front axle back in?
Chad the shroud is a 4 sided pan, with 1 down break in the Bottom to screw to the radiator, the top is sown broke then hemed so it can hang off the top of the radiator.
:)

I'm guessing that you bent it up? If so are you interested in doing another one?

Yup, front axle is all welded up, I'm putting it together tonight, then painting. I hope to have it back in the ranger tomorrow. Gonna pull the rear axle today also and weld that up and finish up the links.... Getting there. If things go good I might get started on brakes or fuel stuff tomorrow.

Front axle done and painted. Just waiting on links to dry So I can put it back together.

Mounted my ram, need to decide on the orbital mount... But I have an idea.

Rear bumps/spring retainers made, shocks mounted, Battery box started, all my frame work is pretty much done. Gonna pull the rear axle in the morning after I do the limit straps, and weld it up and paint it, same with the rear links. Should be on its own weight tomorrow.

No pics yet

How should I do my rear limit straps, one in the middle or 2 near the coils? And should I put a center strap in the front like I had before? Guessing I won't need it now, just use the winch as a suck down probably enough?

Limit straps by the shocks, center depends on driveshaft clearance.

Ok, done. Thanks. Now I need longer straps, but these 18" ones should do fine for now.

Radiator, coolers and fan in for good

Front axle in, everything in minus air shocks and ram. Sitting on the bumps

Rear axle in, painted and all done. On bumps

Battery mount
