I just need to track down some 16 inch rims now- considering buying some new steel ones and making a set of beadlocks with a weld on beadlock kit I primarily want to run them off road

-Make sure to hose off under your jeep
-Get everything you need (snap ring pliers, rtv, fluid's)

I really was kinda scared going into it, looking back it was nothing to be worried about if you are mechanically inclined.
Thanks.....

Playing around in the yard proceeded to take reverse out of my ax5... So I'm looking for another one, or parts to replace the reverse. Hopefully have it fixed for the dog party

Pulled the fenders flares off front and rear, gonna make some corner guards for the back half- tube fenders for the front put some turn signals in the grill panel so i can chop the fender, holding off sawing into my nice fenders. Pulled all the padding off the cage, didnt like it and added some more to it would like to add some bars up thru the dash around the windows- mulling around where to get some tube- the local manistee welding only does pipe.. and either doesnt want to or wont order me dom or seamed tubing the guy at harbor steel I talked to didnt think there was a a diffrence between seamed tubing and dom and quoted me like 5-6 bucks a foot for seamed 1.75 .120 tube- tube work is on hold till I find better tube prices- I could order dom out of summit racing for cheaper... ugh

I also have the rear bumper off, gonna fab a new one up, Ill post pictures upon completion- then proceed to chain it to a dozer and pull it around a wet parking lot

Cut up the front fenders

Rear bumper-still needs pull points/hitch added but all I wanted to do today on it
Bolted on with 2 thru bolts per side and added a gusset for the bottom of the frame to grab that bolt that the trailer hitch used, sleeved the thru bolts- gonna pick up some grade 8 bolts tomorrow

Sweet jeep! The Shepards are pretty awesome, too! Will they stay in the jeep when you're driving around?

Do to the no rear tow points incident- I expedited the process of at least adding a hitch to the bumper (I do plan on adding actual clevis mounts)
