I completely agree. It's becoming a zombie soap opera and they need to fix that ASAFP

I think they needed this little interlude at the farm to develop the characters more.... Before it was all about them running to somewhere and had no time to develop the storylines between them. I think they will leave the farm and more action will ensue in the second half of the season. IN FUCKING FEBRUARY!!! I hate it when they pull that crap.

they need to re-root back to the whole basis behind this series.... Your surviving in an apocalyptic world where people want to eat your guts..... not playing "oh my god did you hear he's doing this and they think your immoral that. This...a lot of agreement with this...

I think this episode was particularly the suck. At least it seemed like there was a couple good parts in the past episodes. The only good part in this one was the last 30 seconds.

Like the sheep I am I'll keep watching, but honestly, I don't look forward to it anymore. The first season I couldn't wait for the next episode. Now I'm like, "meh, its on the DVR, we will get to it..."

That's possible based on the previews of the next half of the season. But what I've come to realize from their previews is they take the 2 action scenes from that week and hash them together into a preview. The preview for the second half of the season could very well be ever bit of action we are going to see...

x2. I keep hearing people clamoring on and on about how it needs to have more zombie killing, I think they have struck a good balance of to action. The story is about how the characters interact together. They are on the farm, which is relatively safe from the zombies for a while, so we are seeing that section right now. There are plenty of spots in the graphic novel where there are no zombies around for entire issues.

Personally I think if we didn't flesh out the characters and it was just nonstop action, it would just get boring and we wouldn't care if people died off.

I suppose the writers may need to add a little more action,so all the simpletons keep watching the show... so it stays on the air.

i get what your saying, they needed this dr@m@ to get people more connected to individual characters rather than just opt out for the one who swings the biggest stick... I totally agree with you. and btw nice audible with the simpletons hahahahaha

I finally watched the last episode (DVR) last night. I think it's starting to pick up personally. It was a little slow for a while. Granted we have to wait 2.5 months now, but that's the way TV goes. The Zombie slaughter at the end was a pretty dr@m@tic, and is going to have a huge impact on the characters going forward. We're going to see the total melt down of a few of them, because of the simple fact that it was one of their own that had to be taken out in front of all of them in a big way. That ol' man is gonna bounce them off the farm for sure now. You can smoke all of his favorite Walkers that he's been saving in the barn for planting season, and not expect him to be all twisted up about it. Hang in there, it's the end of the world, things aren't gonna be All My Childern. It's still a pretty bad ass show IMO.

Just kinda stumbled across the marathon. Better show than I was expecting. D r a m a is necessary or it just becomes like watching someone play a video game.

Just hope I don't get sucked in for a disappoining finish like LOST.
