Working on finding a fan for it... I am not super keen on flex fans, though the ones I have used have proven themselves to be better than that electric. I just always cut myself on them.

I believe it is a 10.5" pressure plate, as I believe that disc was a 9.5"

There are some 10.5" early 70's Ford cars with the same count & size splines as the Jeep disc. You just need to mill (or grind) about 1/8" off the disc hub for clearance. That's how mine is set up.

SOLID steel blade, no 'flex into your radiator' fan!

I need to find a clutch plate cross reference I guess to see which ones. I never have had to deal with custom stuff like this yet

He needs a 15/16" 10 spline disc not the 1 1/8" 10 spline like the ford/jeep uses

.
Looks like that'll work. I'm running a factory 4 blade, looks to be 1/8" steel. And it doesn't eat my radiator when I do this...

I can't find my clutch spec book around here right now. Wife probably threw it away

There are a few companies out there that will build you a custom clutch disk for not much more than a good quality replacement clutch....when I swapped the SM420 into my 2.5L YJ I had just replaced the stock clutch with a heavy duty LUC clutch and I think it was Clutch Dynamics that made me a custom heavy-duty disk with a Chevy hub to fit my SM420....as I recall they had tons of options.

A lot of the early 5 guys were running Fiero cross flows, I figure this should be a little better

New steering shaft on the way, fan and spacer on the way, and hope to order a column next paycheck.

This thing has really taken care of me, this is the first real money put into it. Hopefully I can get a clutch disk, I found the throwout bearing today. Looking more like a custom clutch disk will be in order, I have an email into the company 4bangler mentioned.

Well, My rear driveshaft was >< that close to breaking. Adam noticed it is twisted like a pretzel, just not broken when he was measuring it to see if I would need to shorten it.

Clutch Dynamics wants to look at my pressure plate and stuff, they think they can make me the clutch disk I need for about $100. They seem VERY knowledgeable and are genuinely nice people on the phone. They asked that I bring my old parts over, and what I have and they can get me something that will work.

Trans mocked into place with all the levers...

While you're at it get some locking diffs in that rig so you won't need to use that skinny pedal so much.

It is locked in the rear I probably don't HAVE to use it the way I do, but it's so fun to treat it like an on/off switch in this rig

I picked this up yesterday from TJ/Willys on here. Great guy, really took care of me when I had a trailer break down.

I'm going to try not to bang this one up. I am still confused how on every one of these tops I have looked at the door latches are broken and mangled beyond operating.
