If you haven't already done it then check your air filter. I've seen very dirty air filters do this...twice recently.

Are you just replacing shit without diagnosis or have you replaced them in the past?

I believe 6.0 have a high oil pressure sensor that will go bad and cause this. Its a safety feature that will shut down the motor if a certain oil pressure is not achieved. Don't quote me, but i remember hearing
something like that. Good luck

Did you fix it?
If not, pull the upper fuel filter cap and see if the cup is empty when it dies. I know you already replaced the pump and filters, but it would be nice to know if its getting fuel. Also a X2 on the air filter.

are the 6.0's the same type of injection as the 7.3? if so theres a little oring i believe under the intake (if i remember right) that sends oil to the injection system to open the injectors. my buddy had it happen on his 7.3 and it wasnt getting enough oil pressure to open the injectors. he thought it was bad injection pump but it ended up being a $.30 oring. just a thought.
