I was going to take the Rabbit to the Mounds but the transfer case chain broke as I was loading it on the trailer. I didn't realize that the 2.8 had enough power to bust up a transfer case. I'm going to weld the chain back together and try again.

My father in-law's trailer is located on a dirt road and he never washed this truck. That's my dog Stains in the pics. My neighbors hate when he gets out of the fence and I have to go around the area shouting "Come Stains"
After just looking at the pictures the first time through the thread I'm glad I went back and read it....Just because of this. Are you gonna haul the Honda around with this thing?

Heck ya. I'm thinking of selling my diesel dually and just hauling everything around with 2.8 powered Vee Dub.

Hell no! I've been wheeling it in my back yard for the last few weeks. I live in the city on a single lot so my back yard isn't very big. I've put roughly 2 miles on the odometer in the last two weeks by wheeling in the back yard. This one hole back there (the only hole really) almost gets me stuck every time. The wheels don't spin while I'm getting stuck but smoke pours from the transmission. Is that normal?

I just picked this recovery winch up at a garage sale. I'm going to weld it to the front bumper.
