Default Why Guerrilla groups "acquire" HiLux trucks

many of us know that the Toyota truck are the best built in the world. Especially the simple and bomb-proof 80s-early 90's trucks.

Here is an interesting article about how Guerrilla groups "acquire" HiLux trucks...

You better take a look at the gallery that was with the article. US Special Forces are pictured with a Tacoma damn-near identical to what mine was when I got it.

As long as they didn't take it in for the frame inspection. If they did, they are good for 15 years.

You can thank DANA corp for F'n that one up..

Toyota should have never trusted DANA to build those frames for them.
I think its a DANA / Heep conspiracy. But, Toyota owned the problem - and didn't point the finger at DANA.

Funny - when all the other manufactures had the same gas pedal issue, they didn't act as professional and ethical as Toyota... Just sayn'.

funny I didn't see anywhere in the news that other companies had that many issues with them????

and secondly how long do you have to cover up a problem so you get that deep in a hole?

LOL.

After working for three different competitors of Toyota (two of the OEM), I can totally understand why there were so few ETC problems. I mean, come on, even GM knows you can't sell a second car to a dead person.
