Default Hybrid rear axle

Any zuk guys here know how tim hardy builds his rear axles. I know that he uses a tracker center section and D44 shafts with side gears. But does anyone know exactly what I need and how he does it. I'm in need of something stronger for the zuk, I love trying different things and doing work myself, I just need a plan. I could aways go buy HD shafts for my axle but I'm wanting to Build somehing. Any help would be great. thanks guys.

Take a tracker center section and housing, have the side gears broached out as big as possible and then weld on ford sf housing ends and get some 26-31 spline shafts made.

I personally wouldn't waste $6.24 on that project when a toyota axle will solve all of your issues and take a lot less bs.

I don't mind the bs to make something different. I'm not wanting to build the something the same as everyone else is all. I appreciate you input for sure, I'll let ya know what I do.

one of our team k guys has a hybred axle that uses a custom housing ..tracker center section samurai tubes & shafts and he runs 34"swampers pretty hard and I dont think he breaks seems like a lot of work for a couple inches narrower than a stock tracker axle we've put a stock tracker axle in the rear of a samurai and some spacers in the ft to keep the width the same & it holds up to 35s (so far)

Yea I'm running the hybrid front axle with tracker rear axle cut to length of sami, with chromoly shafts and a lock rite, with spacers, that holds up great to my 35's but I keep breaking the drivers side rear shaft from the stock tracker. I just want to upgrade shaft size but not loose the tracker look/functionality.
