ok so for an update, sorry it's been so long. I got home from Colorado this last week and had a lot going on, had to help my brother swap the motor in his car so i could get my jeep back and on Monday morning he called me on his way to work at 5:15am and tells me that something happened to my jeep and that the t-case has fallen off. So spudy and i go get it and him and get it home to discover that the t-case didn't fall off it broke in half. After some research and investigation we finally found the fault in the $10 u-joint. because they don't often have grease fittings anymore it got dry and over heated and detonated and when it did it hit a control arm and we r guessing the instant stop while on the gas cause he was climbing a hill, caused the breakage.
Anyways this thread ain't about me n my jeep it's about Jake's. as u no the motor is out, the other things that were accomplished were fenders removed, steps removed and bumpers removed, and some new Smitty Built flat fenders installed. Here r a few more pics of the progress.

O ya i forgot to mention that we now have some things for sale

stock JK fender flares..............$75
stock JK bumpers...................$50 ea.
stock JK 4dr steps..................$75
3.8 litre motor w/6spd trans.....$800
i think 45re 2wd trans off 6.1...$300

as for the motor i was informed that it was hydro locked, i don't c any exterior damage but i wasn't able to roll the motor over before we pulled it. Idk if there is a broken connecting rod or something else inside has broke to wedge the motor or if it is seized do to water in the cylinders. Comes with trans, wiring, computer, slave cylinder, master cylinder and hell i'll even through in the pedal if it will help the sale.
The other trans came off the 6.1 and i'm pretty sure it a 45re but not possitve, it's a 2WD trans and has one bolt hole for the mount that is broke due to the accident that the vehicle was in.
All prices are OBO
