Default What trans in 02 ram

I have an 02 ram and the trans just started slipping on me. It is a 02 5.9L quad cab 4x4

i found a trans on craigslist advertised for a 5.9 dakota or ram. it is a 46re and comes with a new torque converter.

just wondering if this will work for me because changing it would be a lot cheaper than rebuilding

thanks,
Brandon
