Default Ranger help! please delete

i was hoping someone can help me out here
a friend and i are getting an 85 ranger and we want to do a couple things to it
we want to turn it into a mudder and plan on runinng about 38s
have a dana 60 for the rear

want
cage off the back
sas swap deciding between 44/60??
then eventually we want to drop a v8 in it

any help would be greatly appreciated

Well if you get a 70's half ton dana 44 it is a pretty simply swap. May not hold up to 38s though.
There is a ton of info on this in the tech section of therangerstation.com...
