need a cv shaft for my cj,,,,,looking for a chevy shaft preffer

looking for a front cv shaft from a chevy....to cut and use in the rear of my cj?? i havent a clue what size it is..dont want to spend 450 for this one...

I guess that's the reason for my question. If you don't know what joint size it is, what's Chevy got to do with it?

I have 5 or 6 of these laying around. All from Early Bronco. Used, need rebuild & UJs, 1310 series UJ, etc... $40+ UPS Ground S&H charges.

i guiss because the front shaft off a chevy.like the one on the front of mine......matches the size u-joint i have on the rear shaft now....hell i,ll make any work,,,

i have a old style front chevy shaft i dont have the slip end for it but the cv is there

try joint clutch and gear for a new one theer more like 250 not 450.


if not just make ur own for 5x's cheaper
