Default 99 dodge 2500hd cummins

i noticed a few weeks ago i had the fan on in my truck. then i remembered that a few days later i never turned it off and went to turn it back on and it was still on. but there was no fan. as of now there is no heat or power going to the fan at all.

im not sure how they work if its a electric unit or what but there is nothing working as far as the temp control goes.

anyone have any ideas on where to start?

the older dodge ram blower motors didn't like to last long.. if you need to replace it..do so easy way to figure it out.. turn it on hook up a DVOM and test the motor for voltage and at the relay or fuse location..
