At this time I do not have any plans to do any for the XD as a mail order. As always if anyone is local and wants something other than a glock, we can meet up and I'll custom make it for any gun you want. I just made up a holster for a stoger yesterday, But there are just too many guns out there to offer them all.... Sorry.

How long do you need the pistols for to mold them ? were on the opposite side of the state, so curious if we needed to leave pistol or not ?

Well, the few I have done locally have been over night. I could do it while you wait but, most people just prefer to pick it up the next day. From start to finish takes an hour or less, depending on if its a new gun, or if I have a pattern for the leather. The issue I run into with being across state is the FFL fee, for mail order. Unfortunately I am not a big operation, nor do I plan to be, and don't have the ability to buy blue guns for a ton of different models.

Thanks for the holster, got it adjusted and it fits well.
Lots of adjustment in these holsters and they hold the gun very snug, I won't have to with about it slipping out or coming off the belt. It's a very simple and efficient design.

I have switched over to BLACK leather, so my holsters will be the same as before, but will be black. Some people had asked about black, and I just decided to only offer the black instead of doing special orders. Here is a sample of what the black looks like.

Now that I've had my holster for a couple of months, I prefer it over my IWB summer comfort style I had before. These spread the weight out nicely and actually a substantial amount of retention. No worries about it sliding out. It uses the curve of your body and the flexible leather behind the pistol to grab onto the pistol while you're wearing it. Great fit on the pistol too! Nice holster!! I'll definitely be ordering another soon!

No I have not done a 1911. I have done a lot of full size and even some revolvers, and recently a glock 17 with a tlr-1 light, and a glock 26 with a front mounted laser. So I can do it all, I just need to have it in front of me to make my kydex mold. If you are in GR get ahold of me and I can get you squared away.

Did you make a mold for the Kahr?

I have a CW9 and would be interested.

I did make one for Freak, but I only make one kydex mold from a customers gun. I may have an opportunity in the next few weeks to borrow a friends kahr and make some stock molds to keep on hand. I will let you know if this happens.
