Default mirror extention 1995 F350

ok, so ive got an F350 with stock mirrors, and ive been trying to locate some of these (see pic)

ive been searching google images and google shopping and came up with nothing after 3 days (bored at work) except for this picture from a forum where they weren't even sure where they came from.

so . . . anybody know where i could order these or a similar style of mirror extension???

Thanks
