What did you try troubleshooting already? More info would be helpful. Double check your plug wiring and timing and then go from there.

A LOT more info would be a good start. For all we know you just dropped that 302 in an isuzu. Same yr engine? New computer or old? etc, etc, etc.
Are cylinders getting gas? (wet plugs) Pressure at the rail? Unless they changed there should be an orifice to check pressure on passenger side fuel rail. I run an injected 302 but without more info, they're all just guesses.

the popping would probably indicate a timing issue...reset distributor/recheck plug wire for correct firing order first

did you hear this engine run before putting it in the truck?

ditto,

also the firing order on HO 302s is different, maybe the plug wires need swapped around to the correct location
