might want to put a chain guard on it. 250r motors are famous for kicking chains and splitting cases.

i have broken 2 cases from lack of chain guard and now i wont run without one.

other than that sweet bike

yea i know this first hand since the bottom mount is sheared off, i actually have a noss machine one on order it goes around the shift shaft. Its not really the motors fault for losing a chain usually a bad chain or out of adjustment

looking good man. Not to be taken the wrong way, but doesnt it suck when you got a nice shiney frame and all that other stuff and start bolting on the old dingey nerf bars and bumper and they look like crap. It almost made me wanna go out and buy all new stuff when i did mine. Lookin real good though. i'll keep a look out at silver lake for ya.

nice job...although your choice in studs suck...You'd get better traction out of kold kutters and a proper pattern than using snowmobile studs. Believe me or not it's not how many studs you put in there, it's how you put them in the tire that makes the differance

450r- lol yea i know i think i am gonna powder coat the nerfs and that bumper is just on there for the time being prob gonna get a acracing one.

high center- the ice tires were pretty much free except for my time, and they work awesome no need for more traction they are like driving on pavement already. there not really for racing just playing on the lake so they work fine for me sucky or not

thats one of the cleanest 250r i've ever seen. i love it....pricy suspension tho wow elka's ha pretty penny...im a 2 stroke fan myself. next year just get some old dirt tires and load them with some 1 inch cold cutters, you'll have alot more fun, easier to drift and not so dangerous ha. have fun!
