I'm pretty sure I met the guy that bought that house. My family owns the rental store there on Ecorse and Glenwood (McNamara's Rent-All), and when I was working the other day, some little indian guy came in and rented a floor sander and was saying how he bought a house down the street for 8k. Thats crazy cheap.. i wonder what it looks like.

Milan? He is a super nice guy. It was in awful shape when he bought it due to some hood rats living in it. Now it looks like one of the nicest houses on the street. I was going to rent it but decided to stay a little closer to campus. He's only asking 800/month and it's a four bedroom 1.5 bath

I'm not sure of his name... but that sounds somewhat familiar...? How do you know him? Just from inquiring about renting it?

Yeah, he comes in the store quite a bit to rent equipment to fix it up... from all the stuff he's rented, I bet it's looking pretty nice (although I don't know what it looked like to begin with, and still don't know which house it is...)

Is it on Glenwood?
