I should be able to make it. I don't want to do much mud though, rather ride the trails.

Well me and my buddy want to go, be fun to go with a nice group. I have a jeep 4cyc with a 5 speed, hopefully have my 2.5 lift on and 31 A/Ts. I am new at this and was wondering if this would work. I need to get a full sized spare and I have a bottle jack. Wondering if people were going to be wheeling on trails that I can do with my stuff, and do it nicely. Would be great to wheel with you guys! Thanks

You can have a good time out there with a completely stock Jeep. Besides, getting stuck is part of the fun!

You could just ride around with us. We all have straps. :) It is not like a single file line though the deep stuff. Anything worth getting stuck in has a path to go around it too. Just wear clothes you don't mind getting muddy and keep your top on. Even with the top on you'll be picking mud out of the strangest places.
Also remember to have an ORV sticker.

It's a really good idea to have your own tow strap. We all leave one attached to the rear of our jeeps. It also helps if you have recovery points. Other than that, there is plenty of room to roam where you won't get stuck either. But....getting stuck is half the fun.

Got my ORV sticker at the Fishing Tackle Grab Bag on the corner of M-15 and Coldwater Rd (in Davison). Its about 5 miles from the mounds. If your shooting straight up M-15 through Davison its just north of town. then you can follow M-15 to Mount Morris Road. No lines, and your in and out in 2 minutes!
