Welcome! The mounds is pretty much the only legal place to play in the area.

http://www.geneseecountyparks.org/mounds.htm

There is also Rocks And Vallys and Bundy Hill but they are a little bit of a hike from Fenton.

Hope to see you on the trails soon!

I have been there many times and just watched....very entertaining and educating. Sometimes you learn what to do but more often you will learn what not to do.

Best way to learn is to find a few people who know what they are doing and head out to the trail. I know the first time I went out, I was with a great group and they showed me the ropes, told me where to not go and what not. Maybe post up in the trail ride section and see if anyone is willing to show you the ropes at the mounds one day. There is anywhere from bumpy 2-tracks to mud to rocks, so its pretty fun for all levels.

no i asked him about it and he said it was doing before i got it so its something else apparantely. and he told me to go for it he said he liked how it was muddy he could care less if i did it or not...idk if it was illegally or not i guess alot of people in the fenton area drive through there becasue there was a lot of tire track from where people were driving through it. i just drove back there to turn around actually cause i missed my turn and seen all the mud so i drove through it and then went to where i was goin.
