first time changing oil on 94 f-150
and i was woundering how many quarts it holds

What motor? 5.0L or 5.8L start with 5 qts. Then start it up, turn it off and check the level. Halfway in the hash marks, add another half qt. Some took 5 1/2.

the owners manual say 10w 30 but doesn't say how many quarts to use
and on the auto zone site says mfi 5.0 and mine is efi 5.0
