2.3 troubles

My dd is a 95 ford ranger 2wd 5sp manual trans, the thing is running like shit, idles fine but when put under a load it just baisiclly pukes out, any ideas ive already done the dpfe sensor, new egr valve, new plugs wires im running out of ideas

how many spark plugs did you replace?

Check your timing belt also. I've had quite a few 2.3L Fords jump time on a worn belt. They should be replaced every 75K miles.

. somebody changed 6 out of 8 of the ones in my truck before i got it, still had the intake side back two stock plugs and wires from 97 in it. w/ 186xxx miles.
