The bike looks like an XT350? Also, it looks like your using Flux Core in the welder, if you can get ahold of some gas your welds will penetrate better and look like glass. Cool video, but next time lets see the Ford get some air!!!

Tubes are cool, I just dont have a bender and notcher.

Yes, i know about the glass, the flux core we have in the autos room is easier to drag over and weld. I also use flux core at my home too, hopefully will be getting a gas set up this summer...

Pretty sure the bike is, and we had some other footage of the ford in some sand pits, but the kid who edited it forgot. we might go out tmrw, hopefully can get better shots.

Carnage. The jumping finnaly got to the truck today, and this happened....

I have no idea what happened, because this 4x4 system is all new to me, can anyone tell me whats busted up?
The truck gets to sit over night like that, tell i can work on it with new parts or get it with a trailer.

It appears to me as your lockout failed, then your wheel bearing let loose and shit the tire off.

Depends on what damage it did coming off. Your at least looking at a new lockout and wheel bearing. Lockouts are fairly cheap if I remember correctly. If it tore any of the splines up then your into more money and more time then.

Doesnt look like it did, thats what i was most worried about, the spindle. Can i snag these off of a junkyard truck? obvoiously not the wheel bearing, but the lock out?

Yea you could. But Mile Marker stainless steel ones are only $130 brand new. Depends on your budget of course, but yes you could grab a used lockout. Just make sure it turns before you take it off.

Is that basicly like a whole new lockout hub?

could that possibly be why my 4x4 stopped working a halfhour before this grenaded?

It looks like it was just the lockout, but yea that would stop the 4WD from working. I had a similar thing happen to me with a Samurai.

It was new to all of us at some point. I know when I first started messing around with it, the person who was telling me things actually didnt know shit. So it took me a long time to get it all figured out. But once you start to get a handle on it, then its all common sense.

my buddy whipped up this teaser for the film we'll be doing this year of the highschool off road scene.

Hearing my truck on film makes me wanna invest in some real mufflers.

Real mufflers would be good. They will open up your exhaust and gain a lil power and sound better.

Looks like you would be better off puting a cage in the cab before you build a bumper. One little slip at those speeds in dirt road = crash in the trees and a dead Joxracing.
