It isn't quite done but I drove it out of the barn today so I could clean up all the transmission fluid I spilled.its nice to see it move under its own power! This weekend I should have some good action shots! I can't believe how good this thing flex's now, I'm excited as hell to drive it! Sunday trail ride anyone?

Not bds it is rc. The only thing I don't like about it is the frame end link mounts, they hang down too far. It is a cheap steeping stone for me, I am planning on building a a set of high pinion 60's that I have for it and when I get those done I will probably 4 link the back and leave the front for a bit and eventually change the front also. I needed some new suspension and the insurance company was paying so this is way batter than short arms!

I haven't even touched it yet. I am waiting for my buddy to get me the stuff for my axle jig. Plus it gives me time to figure out my axle situation.

the 60's got postponed because i got a good deal on a d44 and 9". i decided to run these axles and get all my body modifications done and then put 60's and links in.

list of parts i have accumulated
-d44 yukon shafts, detroit, 4:56 gears, 1 high steer arm for crossover steering, tie rod with hiem joints, warn premium hubs, disk brakes
-ford 9" yukon shafts, detroit, 4:56 gears, disk brakes
-35" procomp mud terrains
-fuel cell from tab
-rear bumper from tab
-1.75 .120 wall tubing for a cage
-1.25 .120 wall for fenders

when beejers gets back from Tennessee he is going to make me a set of tj brackets for the axles. i am hoping to have the cage, fuel cell, bumper and axles in before the blessing. i volunteered for a lay off at work so a couple other guys that really need the money could get some more hours in (and i would like the time to work on the jeep) so hopefully the boss agrees! i will try and get some pics up tomorrow.

i wish i had a break to bend the platebut it ended up working out pretty well the way i did it. i used 3/8" plate and ground 3/4 of the way through the plate and bent it and then welded the inside. i used a piece of tig wire to make a template to follow.

i tend to go overboard on things sometimes all the compound angles were a pain in the ass but i am happy with how it turned out.
