I already had a chunk of aluminum drilled and tapped for 3/4 and the hiems. I just had to shorted it an inch.

I ran 3/4 heims on my trackbar for years, never had an issue if you were worried.

If I was starting new I would have used 7/8 but I'm not worried. It was just old shit laying around the barn so it's not like I'm out anything if they slop out.

Atleast if they get shitty they are cheap and easy to swap out. I think I have an assortment of a dozen left and right hand thread heims laying around. I'll tell you next year how they last. :Sonicjay:

A friend of mine had a brand new fan sitting in his garage he sold me also.

Nice stuff. When you wire the fan, I suggest grounding back to battery. I had much better results that way than body ground. I used a big Bosch relay rather than the usual 20/30 amp parts store relays also.

I'll have to look at what I have. I bought a brand new wiring kit when I was in Colorado and there is also another brand new kit in the box with the new fan. Last time I grounded to the body but I will try going straight to the battery this time.
