OMG OMG OMG, A Muslim was behind the car bomb in New York, NO WAY!

I'm really really surprised it wasn't a mid 20's white atheist woman

I say anyone regardless of the ethnic group that plots, participates, or executes a terrorist act against Americans should immediately have their constitutional rights revoked if they are a US Citizen… Yep, stand them in front of a judge and with adequate probable cause take them away… Then start the interrogation as well as the prosecution… Of course if they’re not a US citizen then they never get any of the right that a citizen gets and immediately start the interrogation and prosecution…

He is. And probably many of his cell phone contracts also.

Nope, not at all. These people are being treated better than our own military who are risking their lives for us. Bomb this country and prepare to be blown away I say.

I don’t see it that way, in my opinion they give up their right the moment they attacked the citizens of the United States. We have to make the punishment so severe that no one will ever want to commit these types of crimes against the citizens of the United States!!! The government already had laws in place to do this very thing without a citizen getting their moment in court… They kept the current suspect and interrogated him under this law until they decided that they wanted to morandize him thus giving him his constitutional rights as a citizen…

What does the treatment of our military in other countries have to do with how we treat our own citizens?
So we add a clause to the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th ammendments that says "unless we label you as a terrorist, then we can do whatever we want? And this is not shreading the constitution?

Dude, the POS that committed the latest terrorist act is from Pakistan and got his US citizenship one year ago… I say he especially gets no constitutional rights!!!! We convict him in a Military court and then execute him!
