Default Where to get special u joints for rear axle on 95 F250

Here issues there are different size.

New u joint were for 95 F250 with original rear axle so I swap with 91 F250's rear axle.

Here issues that 91 F250's rear axle yoke are bigger than original rear axle.

Someone at FTE say there are u joint with 2 different cap size.

Well there are huge issues that 91 F250's rear axle aren't original it came from 460 or 7.3L diesel since F250 only have 351W. Cab claim gear is 4.10 but rear axle is 3.55.

you just need to identify what the origional u-joints were, such as 1350, 1410, i had to get a bastard joint for an 8.8 swap in a yj and my local napa found it for me right away!

Why are you blaming them? Get out calipers, find out what size Ujoint you need on the driveshaft side and which side you need on the axle yoke side, and maybe the stores would actually be able to help you.

Find a good traditional parts store (Napa, Auto Value, CQ, etc) and find the guy that has been in the business for at least 15-20 years. He will be able to find it with his eyes closed.

This is honestly not that big of a deal to figure out if you have the old ujoints (from both the axle and the shaft) or at least the yoke and joint that fits the shaft.

And as stated above, get a new seal while you have the yoke off.

when I call them on phone they were act like they see deer behind you. They say WHAT crossjoint u joint then they say NO they only sell u joint with same size.

Ok I went to Napa. Manager have no idea what I am asked so he asked new worker.

Worker couldn't find right u joints. We measure with my capilir. We try 12 different u joints they not fit it.

Well They say they never see like that.

Then I went to get Van which have dana 60. I measure it almost exact one.

Pinion isn't leak gear oil anymore. They leak before Owner use for cement business which have 3-4K pounds on it.

tell the napa guys to look in their precision u joint book on page 336 and higher, that shows u joints by size, do u have the measurements, and whether they are inside or outside lock rings, and i'll look it up, i have only worked at a napa for 24 years, sell these things all the time, but i consider myself a cut above
