OKay, it's the first weekend of December, i came home to help harvest and decorate our families tree and am in the process of decorating it.

Show me some pics of your christmas tree's people, lets get in the spirit!!
I'll post some pics once we're done with decorating.

I stopped putting up the Christmas tree when both daughters stopped believing in Santa Claus.
My wife continued the tradition until both daughters moved into their own homes.
Now my oldest daughter's home is the place of all that pagan pageantry.
I like it this way.
I don't plan on putting up a tree again until I have grandchildren.

for those of you who need the real trees I have place next door that sells them, you take the tree of your choice and cut it yourself...makes it all worth while.
If your coming out this way its Hoppe's Tree Farm, get off I-94 at exit 156 then turn south to Kilmer rd. its about 1/2 mile down on the right.

Thank goodness we only have one. Although I could fill up a few with all the ornaments we have. I had trouble putting the tree up this year, I broke the plastic stand and was under the tree, screaming for the boys to help me out cuz B wasnt home. I couldnt tell what happened and asked for a flashlight...they brought me one of those key ring light things. Oh yeah....that really helped me out. B came home with the tree leaning up against the corner and just laughed. I wasnt amused
