Default Almost done! This was a major Toyota recall!

I parked my cruiser about a year ago and started working on it. Gone through it completely. Sold the toyota engine and tranny. Now I am running a 355 chevy (I built myself), and a th400, with the stock transfer case and axles. I am getting really pumped to take it out and see how it runs. I think I am going to have traction issues next. One step at a time I suppose. Check it out.

I included a picture of my welder apprentice. He is great to have around to help me get through the process!

Looks good I don't think you will have any lack of power problems.

ya, I think I got the powertrain covered. That was the easy part. I knew I could make some inexpensive ponies with a small block chevy.
I need to find out what the most economical way to get posi, locker, or limited slip in a toyota axle is. I had an Auburn I my chevy that worked awsome. I want something that I can run on the street.

Ya, I've been looking for some 31 or 32 inch tires that are worth a darn. I am frugal with my money and am looking for a deal.

Moved it last night under its own power. WoW what a difference two cylinders makes! I need more tire! I guess I'll burn these off first.
