why not use the older one with some tapered washers, i can't remember who sells them, check around, mr gasket or someone, may have to grind out the center holes too, but will work if need be

I've got an Edelbrock Performer with like 1,000 miles on it. The center holes were cut for the bolts to go into the 94 heads-never leaked. You can have it for $40.00, I'll be heading to the dunes May 7-9 and can bring it with me. Otherwise, you pay shipping.

you can use the old ones easy enough. I always just drilled the base of the bolt hole a bit larger and used an old rocker arm ball on the bolt head. seats tight and doesn't leak

i use pre86 intakes on post86 but drilling the holes to 72* degrees and made four washers out of spacers and a bench grinder.

nice not having to spend money for "special" centerbolt head intakes

Anyone have an sbc 87-95 manifold that they want to sell? Or does anyone have a CHEAP pre 86 manifold that is local?
