Default Light body work and paint for cheap

Looking for someone that does side work relatively cheap, to clean up my Astro van. Factory peeling paint on the roof and tops of the doors. Light surface rust on the roof, and a couple holes that need plugged from former ladder rack install. Van is in Saginaw, but I could have it dropped off at a not too far shop, or your place of convenience. Pics to serious takers.

so don't be an ass, and tell me what it will cost. I don't wanna spend $3k on paint, but I don't know what it will cost.

Theres some basic shots of it in this thread:

Astro Van Pics

I can get more detailed pics of the problem spots. Its not the typical clear coat delamination, the paint is blowing off like the primer was sanded with 3000 grit. Basic large dent removal, some panels would be easier to replace than spend hours banging on. Down state is not a problem, but I am not driving these days due to health reasons, and my daughter is gonna be driving this thing to college in about a month.
